A modern system was created for a Swiss hair salon with a focus on simple online appointment booking. The key part was the development of a custom-made booking plugin, fully tailored to business needs.

The system includes multilingual support in Swiss German, smart booking with the ability to reserve one or more services at the same time, automatic notifications sent to clients and owners, a 24-hour reminder before appointments that reduces cancellations and no-shows, a clear back-end for simple reservation administration, and a minimalist design focused on fast booking.

The project enabled the salon to digitize its processes and provides clients with a fast, simple, and professional online booking service.
